Mrs. Buckley, I'm sorry that you were not pleased with the service. It was your husband who let our tech know that the belt made noise sometimes and to check that, and that he didn't smell anything but wanted us to check it because you did. Our technician said he was unable to recreate the smell and suggested leaving the car so that he could run it for a while. That would give him a better opportunity to figure out if there's an issue. That was refused. When I spoke to you I did ask you very nicely "What would you like us to do?". Those were my exact words. Again, we are very sorry you weren't happy.
