I buy the battery that cost me over $200 with a 3-year guarantee it past 2 years and they changed me the battery and on the 3rd year before the expiration of the 3 years warranty the battery was damaged again and they didn't want to change it to me it's not fair

This location is horrible. All staff members need retraining in this locations from customer service to knowledge in oreily's policies. I live close to this location but much rather drive to another, I tried them multiple times with same result. Horrible employees.
